Do I need supervisor approval to attend the AI Training Sessions?
While supervisor approval is not required for registration, it would be best practice
to confer with your supervisor in advance of registering or attending.
For whom is this training intended?
These workshops are offered to all members of the UCM community.
How long are the training sessions?
Each session will be 45 minutes long.
Will sessions be recorded?

Do I need to register?
Yes, once you have registered, a link for the training鈥檚 live stream event will be
sent to you as part of the registration acknowledgement. Please note that because
these sessions are for the UCM community, you must have a UCMO.edu email to register;
you must access the forms and the live stream events with your ucmo.edu identity.
How do I get the registration link?

* Please Note: These two advanced workshops are hands-on, on- ground sessions and require advanced
registration. To ensure a quality experience, registration is capped at 10 participants.
These sessions are intended for attendees who have experience with generative AI or
have attended an earlier workshop in this series. A personal laptop with pre-installed
software is required; installation instructions will be sent upon registration.
Are there any prerequisites to attend any of the sessions?
All sessions other than the last two sessions assume no prior knowledge of (sessions
requiring some pre-existing AI knowledge are 鈥淚ntegrated Workflows鈥 and 鈥淟ow Code
Automation鈥). These advanced training sessions will cover complex AI topics and require
hands-on participation; it would be helpful for participants to either have completed
a previous session or have experience in working with an AI. Also, the last two training
sessions are in-person events with a capped number of attendees and require participants
to have access to a computing device with specific software during the session. OT
will deliver the specialized software after participant registration and confirmation.
These advanced sessions will NOT be recorded.
Should I attend all sessions?
You are welcome to attend as many of the sessions as you would like and that are convenient.
